The CO2 incubator simulates the growth environment of cells/tissues in vivo by simulating in the incubator. The incubator requires a stable temperature(37 °C), a stable CO2, level(5 %), a constant pH(pH: 2–7.4), and a high relative saturated humidity(95 %).
